Customer Responsibility

Other Matters

  4. If any legal action arises between the Company and customers in connection with use of the Website, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  5. These terms of use shall take effect on March 1, 2011.
