Note:

* Guides come with the package but the mode of transportation (special car, public transportation) etc. is selected to suit the guests’ budget and preferences.
* We recommend a party of 4 or more for the above plans. (We cannot accept only 1 guest per plan.)
* The described plans are strictly for reference only, therefore please let us know your preferences in detail through the Quotation Request Form.
* On weekends and Japanese holidays, the roads to and parking lots at the tour spots are extremely crowded, therefore a portion of the itinerary may be missed. Should this be the case, we can not give a refund.
* Payment must be completed beforehand in Japanese yen by “bank transfer”. We do not accept payment by credit card or in any form after the tour. ((Including payment of cancellation fees.)
* We may refuse to make charter arrangements during overcrowded conditions (no vacancy, no available seats) or during fixed holidays. We recommend using our service during weekdays, Monday to Friday.
* For stays in Kyoto, Hiroshima and at hot springs, we recommend avoiding weekends and holidays, which will be crowded. Particularly for hot spring resorts, we may not be able to accommodate fewer than 3 occupants in one room for the Japanese-style rooms.
* The period from spring until autumn, which has a lot of festivals, cherry blossom viewing, autumn leaves viewing and other events, becomes extremely overcrowded, therefore we recommend booking as early as possible.
