* For the Hokkaido Tours A～D Plans, the guides accompany during the Hokkaido leg; from the 1st day of arrival at a Hokkaido airport until the day of departure from a Hokkaido airport.

Furthermore, the above model plans are for assembly/dispersal at Haneda airport. If you prefer the assembly/dispersal to be at a Hokkaido airport, including Sapporo Airport, please inform us through the Quotation Request Form.
* During weekends, Japan Holidays, Japan summer holiday season, as well as every type of event such as cherry blossom season, autumn leaves, snow festivals, the roads and parking spaces leading to domestic flights, hotels and sightseeing spots are extremely crowded therefore we may decline your reservation or a portion of the itinerary may not push through.
For such a case, we cannot give a refund. We recommend availing our services during Japan weekdays (Mon-Fri).
* Payment must be completed beforehand in Japanese yen by “bank transfer”. We do not accept payment by credit card or in any form after the tour. ((Including payment of cancellation fees.)
