1. We cannot offer our tour if your date of departure is less than 22 days before.
Most tours tend to spend 1 month for prepration.

2. Cancellation Charge applies 21 days before the date of departure.
When you receive our quotation, do not forget to check the cancellation policy.

3. Your payment must be settled down 14 days before your date of departure.
Bank transfer is only acceptable for your payment.
Other payments such as cash or credit card are not available.
Currency must be Japanese Yen (JPY).
We might not operate your tour without proper payment.
